Had a 60A conduit put in this summer for my Rivian charger. Brian and Misty from Tongass were incredibly professional, efficient, and so easy to work with! Highly recommend their services and would definitely work with them again in the future.

Mike (owner) installed the wiring for my new Hot Tub and EV charging station. Best customer service experience I have enjoyed in Juneau. Misty, their scheduler, is an excellent communicator and always called me back. What a breath of fresh air! Highly recommend this group to anyone in need of electrical services in Southeast AK.

I give Brian and Tongass Electric a 5 star rating on the electrical work he/they performed on wiring-in our new heat pump system. Solid and professional with such care for the homeowner. Also there were details like his wiring allowed me to do some other things down the road without having to call him back, adding an outlet that he knew I would need, and wiring in the crawlspace that made it less conspicuous. As for Tongass Electric as a whole, when I attempted to call them and they couldn’t answer, they followed up with a call within minutes. They are very responsive and communicative!

These guys are the pros! Their folks are extremely skilled, confident in their work, and very friendly. Before I hired Tongass Electric to work on some electrical issues in my home, I actually had the opportunity to spend the whole day with the owner, Mike, during a ride along when I was considering work as an electrician at the time. Mike is a VERY down to earth and admirable guy who very clearly cares for his employees. There is great value for our community when we support honest local business owners like Mike and his crew.
